Helen Johns

Helen Johns is an accomplished professional in the ticketing industry, currently serving as the Director of Ticketing for AEG European Festivals since January 2012. Her career at AEG includes roles as Ticketing Manager and Head of Ticketing. Prior to her tenure at AEG, Helen worked at Ticketmaster Entertainment as a Client Account Manager in the music sector from September 2010 to December 2011, and held the position of Box Office Manager at Hammersmith Apollo from September 2008 to September 2010. Helen holds a degree in Music Industry Management & Marketing from Buckinghamshire New University.
