Brian McCrea

Brian McCrea has over two decades of experience in the eyewear industry, having worked at Luxottica Retail North America and Luxottica. Brian held various roles such as Store General Manager, Sr. Manager of Operations, Director of Strategic Brand Development, and VP of Central and LensCrafters Manufacturing. McCrea's responsibilities included overseeing retail operations, developing and executing operational strategies, and leading major projects for brands like LensCrafters and Target Optical. In 2017, they joined AEG Vision as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, and later transitioned to the role of Vice President of Operations in July 2018.

Brian McCrea received a B.S. in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Scranton.
