Tonjia Oglesby

Tonjia Oglesby has held various leadership roles in Human Resources throughout their career. Tonjia began at GE Capital in 1991 before moving to GE in 1998 as a Manager of Human Resources. Tonjia then worked at Bank of America as the VP of Learning & Development before joining Smith & Nephew as the VP of Human Resources for Advanced Surgical Devices. Subsequently, they held roles at Orthofix and Integer Holdings as Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, Tonjia Oglesby serves as the Chief People Officer at AEG Vision, bringing a wealth of experience in HR leadership.

Tonjia Oglesby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Western Kentucky University. Tonjia furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Education in Human Resources Development from Xavier University.
