Christos Patikas is the Head of Customer Experience at Aegean Airlines, a position held since February 2014, where responsibilities include key customer journey mapping, the introduction and development of the AEGEAN Voice of Customer Program, and management of the overall customer experience improvement process. Christos has led significant projects such as the Aegean Call Center Business Transformation as a Data Analyst in Ground Operations, optimizing operational data analysis and developing metrics for performance evaluation. Previous roles include Customer Relations Data Analyst and Sales & Ticket Agent at Aegean Airlines, as well as serving as a freelance Physics and Maths teacher. Christos possesses a Master of Science in Sustainable Development from the International Hellenic University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
