Max Gagliardi

Max Gagliardi serves as the Chief Commercial Officer for AEGIS Physical since January 2024 and is also a Board Member at the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board, effective June 2024. As a Senior Advisor for Energy Infrastructure at Sixth Street since July 2023, Gagliardi holds a partner position at Ainsley Investments, a real estate firm focused on developing vacation rental properties, since June 2020. Prior to these roles, Gagliardi was a partner and co-founder of Ancova from August 2014 to January 2024 and worked at American Energy Partners, LP as a Commercial Representative in 2014. Earlier career experiences include positions at Chesapeake Energy from 2011 to 2014, where Gagliardi contributed to financial planning, commercial negotiations, and market analysis, and a stint at Williams in midstream business development. Gagliardi earned an MBA in Finance and Management and a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University.
