Richard Kulaszewski

Richard Kulaszewski is currently the VP of Business Development at AEGIS Hedging. Richard has been in this position since May of 2022. Prior to their current position, they were the Executive Vice President at InstaNext from September 2015 to May 2022. During their time at InstaNext, they were responsible for sales strategy and led InstaNext's global growth. Richard also guided the successful growth and sale of InstaNext to Aegis Hedging. From May 2014 to September 2015, Kulaszewski was the VP of Commodity Solutions at OpenLink Financial. And from May 2008 to May 2014, they were the VP of Energy Treasury Sales at Triple Point Technology. Richard was involved with all aspects of treasury, commodity, and hedge accounting sales to large multinational corporations. Kulaszewski joined Triple Point via the acquisition of INSSINC and was instrumental in helping Triple Point grow from roughly 40 million in revenue in 2008 to 200 million in revenue in 2012. Richard ultimately helped with the aquisition of Triple Point by ION Trading in 2013. From January 2000 to May 2008, Kulaszewski was the VP Sales at INSSINC.
