Our main office is in East Rutherford, New Jersey where we employ a professional staff of more than 200.  AEGIS is the parent company of AEGIS London, which operates Syndicate 1225 at Lloyd's of London.  The syndicate offers specialist knowledge, expertise and leadership for energy companies as well as a wide range of non-energy classes traditionally written in the Lloyd's market.  AEGIS also has licensed operations throughout Canada.

The IT and Security Team at AEGIS Insurance Services, Inc. ensures the integrity, availability, and security of the company's digital infrastructure. The team is responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT systems necessary for daily operations, led by the IT Helpdesk. The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) oversees the company's information security strategy, safeguarding data against cyber threats. The Chief Enterprise Architect ensures the alignment of technology architecture with business goals, while the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (SVP and CIO) leads the overall IT strategy to support AEGIS’s mission.
