Bobbie Benavente

Bobbie Benavente has extensive work experience in the field of benefits and leave management. Bobbie most recently served as the Director of Benefits and Leave of Absence at Aegis Living since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Benefits Manager for US/Canada at Avalara from June 2019 to October 2021. Bobbie also held various roles in benefits program management at Savers | Value Village, BECU, Novinium, Inc., Russell Investments, Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest, Corbis, and Microsoft (Collabera). Earlier in their career, they worked as a Benefits Specialist at Boeing.

Bobbie Benavente obtained an AA degree in Computer Applications from Heald College between 1992 and 1994. Later, from 2006 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelors degree in Business from the University of Phoenix - Online.
