Andrew Ervin has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Andrew started their career as a Nurse Manager at South Lake Hospital in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Andrew then moved to DaVita Medical Group, where they served as a Nurse Administrator from 2013 to 2016 and later transitioned to the position of Regional Manager of Operations from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Aegis Medical Group, where they have held multiple roles. Andrew started as a Quality Manager in 2018 and was later promoted to the position of Director of Quality Improvement from 2019 to 2023. Since July 2023, they are serving as the Director of Quality & Risk Adjustment at Aegis Medical Group.

Andrew Ervin obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Healthcare Administration from Waynesburg University in 2009. During the same period, they also completed a Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) focusing on Nursing Leadership from the same institution. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Pittsburgh - School of Nursing in the years 2002 to 2006.
