Michelle Falcon Cubano, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Aegis Sciences Corporation since January 2018, Michelle has held multiple roles within the company, including Employee Relations Lead and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes positions as Senior HR Generalist at Guy Brown, HR Administrator at Oberto Brands, HR Specialist at Humana, and resources for Abbott Laboratories with a focus on Compensation & Benefits as well as the Human Resources Service Center. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communications from the Universidad de Puerto Rico and a high school diploma from Colegio Inmaculada.
