Rob Case has a diverse work experience in various roles. Rob worked at Aegis Sciences Corporation from March 2008 to present as the Director of Operations & Technology Innovation. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Process Research and Innovation from October 2011 to June 2018. Rob also worked as a Laboratory Automation Specialist, responsible for developing algorithms, code, and workflows to enhance efficiency in laboratory instrumentation and processes.

Before joining Aegis Sciences Corporation, Rob worked at Treehouse Racing as a Special Project Technician from April 2003 to February 2008.

Rob Case attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a degree in Computer Science but did not receive a specific degree in that field. From 2005 to 2008, Rob completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Information Systems at MTSU. Prior to attending MTSU, they briefly attended Tennessee Technological University in 2003-2004, where they studied Chemistry.

In addition to their formal education, Rob Case has obtained several certifications. In October 2008, they achieved the BMET I (Biomedical Equipment Technician I) certification from Tecan. In September 2008, they acquired a certification in Liquid Handling also from Tecan. Earlier that same year, in August 2008, Rob obtained the EVOWare Standard/Plus certification from Tecan. More recently, in February 2017, they attained certifications as a Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org. Finally, in April 2017, Rob obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
