Liz Grima

Liz Grima possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an Executive HR Consultant, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Vice President of Growth & Diversification at Aegis Therapies since February 2014, where responsibilities include the assessment and implementation of growth strategies. Previously, Liz held various roles at Golden Living, including HR Consultant from January 2012 to January 2014 and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Golden Innovations from 1996 to 2011. Additional experience includes HR and Recruitment Director at Rehab Management from 1995 to 1996 and Division Personnel Director at CMS Therapies from 1991 to 1995. Liz's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education from SUNY Geneseo and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Early Childhood Education from SUNY Cobleskill.
