Lara Osterhaus

Lara Osterhaus is Aegon Asset Management’s global head of the Real Assets (RA) responsible for strategic and operational management, debt and equity strategies and the US and European based teams. Lara serves as a manager on the Aegon USA Asset Management, Aegon USA Realty Advisors, LLC and Aegon USA Investment Management, LLC boards, and is chair of the Real Assets Investment Committee. Previously, she was responsible for oversight of the origination and management of loans within the US, and the origination of loans in various Midwestern and Southern states. Prior to joining the CML production group, Lara was an asset manager in the special servicing group responsible for the successful resolution and disposition of troubled CMLs. Lara has been in the industry since 1995 and started with the firm in 1995. She received her BA in finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
