Carolina Dunkin has a strong background in project management, with extensive experience in the financial industry. Carolina began their career at Cofunds in 2006 as a Customer Services Officer, where they gained knowledge in anti-money laundering processes, compliance procedures, settlement processes, and various reports. In 2007, they transitioned into the role of Project Support Analyst, responsible for project initiation, maintenance, cost tracking, and report submissions.

In 2009, Carolina was promoted to Project Manager at Cofunds, where they continued to excel in their project management skills, overseeing project initiation, release management, and program assurance tasks. Carolina also served as a Trainee Project Manager during this time, taking on additional responsibilities such as project initiation, maintenance, and chairing project meetings.

In 2015, Carolina joined Legal & General as a Senior Project Manager, where they further honed their project management skills for two years before joining Cofunds again in 2017 as a Senior Project Manager. In 2018, they joined Aegon as a Lead Project Manager, a role they currently hold. Through their various roles and experiences, Carolina has developed strong leadership and project management skills, making their a valuable asset in the financial industry.

Carolina Dunkin obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University in 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Licentiate degree in Administracion de Empresas from the University of Buenos Aires from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a Prince2 Practitioner certification from APM Group in June 2010. There is no information available regarding their MSP certification.
