Stakeholder Engagement Lead - Sustainability at Aegon

Erica Gray has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Environmental Promotions Officer at Horsham District Council. From 2002 to 2004, they served as a Project Manager for the Waste Strategy at West Sussex Waste Strategy, where they successfully planned and implemented a joint waste management strategy and communication campaign. At the Environment Agency from 2004 to 2008, Erica held multiple positions, including being an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and a Project Manager involved in implementing a change management program after the UK floods. Erica then worked at the European Space Agency from 2013 to 2014 as a Scientific and Technical Publications Editor. From 2011 to 2015, Erica operated their own consulting firm, focusing on environmental and English language communications. Erica joined Mammoet in 2014 and held various roles, such as an Editor, Global Sustainability Manager, and Head of Sustainability and Internal Communication, where they provided guidance on sustainability efforts and led content strategy. Currently, Erica is the Stakeholder Engagement Lead - Sustainability at Aegon, responsible for developing and enabling Aegon's sustainability program through engagement and collaboration with partners.
