Kim Wardner

Kim Wardner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kim is currently working as a Lead Project Manager at Aegon since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at NatWest Group as a Journey Developer from November 2020 to March 2022, and as a Scrum Master from May 2020 to November 2020. Kim also held multiple roles at RBS, including Awareness Implementation Manager from January 2017 to May 2020, and Project Manager from December 2015 to May 2020. Before that, they served as the Regional Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland at Help for Heroes from August 2012 to November 2015. Kim also worked at Aberdeen City Council as a Senior Business Development Executive from September 2011 to July 2012.

Their earlier experiences include roles such as Projects in Partnership Manager at Intellectual Assets Centre from September 2007 to June 2011, Project Co-ordinator for Lochaber Business Hub at Lochaber College from June 2007 to February 2008, Regional Performance Manager at Defence Diversification Agency from November 2005 to May 2007, Business Planning Manager from August 2002 to November 2005, and Technology Diversification Manager from February 2000 to July 2002.

Kim began their career as an Army Officer in the British Army in November 1987 and served until December 1998. Prior to that, they worked at QinetiQ as a Corporate Development Manager from July 1999 to February 2000, and as a Project Manager from January 1999 to July 1999.

Kim Wardner attended the University of Strathclyde from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a BA in German and Marketing. From 2009 to 2012, they pursued an MBA at Robert Gordon University, focusing on business subjects.
