Xavier Miet

Xavier Miet has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Xavier began their career at Motorola Labs as a Senior Research Engineer. Xavier then moved on to Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, where they held various roles including Chief of Staff and Head of Business Management for South Asia and South East Asia. Xavier joined ANZ in 2012 and worked in the Strategy, International, and Institutional Bank division. In 2016, Miet became the Managing Director at Belcor Advisory. Following that, they joined Prudential plc as the Head of New Partnerships and Senior Vice President. Currently, Miet is working at Aegon, where they have served as the Regional Head of Digital and Strategic Partnerships and is now the Chief Commercial Officer at Futuready.

Xavier Miet holds an MBA degree in Strategy and Finance from INSEAD, completed in 2006. In 2000, they obtained an MSc in Telecommunication Engineering from Télécom Paris. Xavier'searliest completed degree is an MSc in Electrical Engineering & Digital Signal Processing from ENSEIRB-MATMECA, completed in 1999.
