Carloz High is an experienced Power Platform Development Manager with a robust background in SharePoint development, spanning over a decade. Currently at AEG since November 2018, Carloz has advanced from Senior SharePoint Developer to engaging in developing SharePoint solutions, automating business processes, and training users on the O365 suite. Prior roles include significant positions at RPA and Clif Bar & Company, where Carloz developed SharePoint Online solutions, automated workflows, and customized user experiences. Carloz has also contributed to organizations such as San Francisco Federal Credit Union, Avnet, and Intel Corporation, focusing on SharePoint solutions and system architecture. Carloz holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems from Norfolk State University.
