Frank Chavez

Frank Chavez has a diverse work experience in the field of security and law enforcement. Frank has worked as a Director of Security at AEG since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked independently, developing safety and security programs. From April 2018 to May 2022, they served as a Security Manager at The Walt Disney Company. Frank also held the position of Director of Security at 1 Hotels from January to March 2018. In 2017, Chavez was part of the opening team as the Director Of Safety And Security at InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown. Before their transition to the private sector, Chavez worked as a Consultant at SAG-AFTRA from July 2001 to 2017. Frank began their career in law enforcement at Azusa Police Department in 1984, where they held various roles, including Administrative Division Captain from December 2014 to August 2015 and Police Captain (Retired) from June 2012 to August 2015. Throughout their tenure at the police department, Chavez held positions such as Operations Division Captain, Gang Specialist Unit Lieutenant, Lieutenant, Detective Bureau Lieutenant, SWAT member, Sergeant, Narcotics Investigator, and Police Cadet.

Frank Chavez earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from California State University, Long Beach. Frank completed this degree in 2010.
