Marla Anderson

Marla Anderson is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at AEG since May 2021, Marla previously held the role of Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Official ASM Global from October 2019 to May 2021. Marla’s tenure at AEG began in September 2012, where responsibilities included serving as Sr. Vice President of Human Resources for AEG Facilities until October 2019. Prior to AEG, Marla was Vice President of Human Resources at Andrews International from July 2005 to September 2012 and worked as Manager of Human Resources at Beyond Staffing/Alert Staffing from April 1999 to July 2005. Early career highlights include serving as an Executive Search Recruiter at HRi in 1999 and as Branch Manager at AppleOne from October 1995 to October 1998.
