Kayla Drady

Kayla Drady is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations at Mercy since July 2013, Kayla has progressively advanced through various roles including Director, Manager, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter within the organization. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager/National Recruiter at Technology Partners from November 2009 to July 2013, and a Public Relations Intern at Lutheran Family and Children Services early in 2009. Kayla also gained experience as a Bud Productions Intern at Anheuser-Busch InBev in the summer of 2008. Educationally, Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Southeast Missouri State University.
