Drea Silva is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a robust background in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Niagara Bottling since July 2017. Previously held positions at Nestlé from January 2007 to June 2017 include Sr. Director and Director of Talent Acquisition, contributing to global HR transformation and leading teams to recruit top talent across diverse domains.
