Taylor Agisim is the Vice President of Business Development at AEG. Taylor has over seven years of experience in the events industry, with a focus on strategic planning and business development.

Taylor started their career at Flash Entertainment, where they were responsible for developing partnerships with key government entities, rights holders, and corporate partners. Taylor also executed regional growth initiatives, investment opportunities, JV and co-promotion partnerships. During their time at Flash Entertainment, Taylor was responsible for 368 live event days across multiple genres, including music, sports, family, speakers, and culture. Taylor also secured first-of-kind events, such as the Special Olympics, WWE KSA, Beauty & The Beast, and Rolling Stones.

In July 2019, Taylor joined AEG as the Vice President of Business Development. In this role, they are responsible for strategic development, industry consolidation, and RFP bids for $1BN+ entertainment districts investments. Taylor is also a founding member of the global eSports working team and led the industry innovation through COVID.

Taylor Agisim attended executive education programs at Harvard Business School in private equity and venture capital, business of entertainment, media and sports, and launching new ventures. They also completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. Prior to their time at Harvard, they earned a BA in economics and philosophy of law & economics from Brandeis University and studied abroad with Semester at Sea. They also have a certification from Harvard Business School Executive Education in Harvard Business School - Executive Education Alumni.

Their manager is Dan Beckerman, CEO. Taylor Agisim works with Ryan Sandilands - Vice President, Global Partnerships, Jay Marciano - COO, and Michael Roth - Vice President, Communications.
