Bob Cronk

Bob Cronk has a diverse and comprehensive work experience. Bob started their career as a Process Engineer at Xidex Corp in 1984, and then worked as an Engineering Manager at Anacomp and Memorex from 1990 to 1993. From 1994 to 2008, they served as a Senior R&D Engineer at Spectra-Mat, Inc., where they successfully developed manufacturing processes for various products. In 2008, they joined SB Electronics as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer/Quality Representative, where they oversaw the design and construction of a high volume capacitor manufacturing facility. In 2012, they joined Serious Energy as an Engineering/Quality Manager, where they significantly improved manufacturing efficiencies and product quality. In 2014, they became the Director of Operations at Clean Wave Technologies, responsible for scaling the company's advanced electric drive systems from prototype to high volume manufacturing capacity within a year. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Aehr Test Systems as a Senior Operations Manager.

Bob Cronk has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University. Bob also obtained a Lean/Six Sigma Blackbelt certification from Dartmouth College.
