Chris Viola

Chris Viola has extensive experience in business development, marketing, and real estate. Chris started their career at Fourstar Realty & Property Management, Inc in 1991 as a Sales Manager/Realtor, where they acquired and maintained over 300 new customers for property management services. Chris also hired, trained, and managed staff and Realtors. In 2002, they became a Marketing Consultant/Owner at Turnkey Marketing Services, Inc. Chris then founded their own residential Real Estate Company, V Realty, Inc., in 2006, where they built it to $3.5 million in revenue in 3 years as the Broker/Owner. Currently, they are working at AEI Consultants as the Vice President of Business Development, a role they have held since June 2017. Prior to this, they were the Senior Business Development Manager at AEI Consultants starting from May 2010.

Chris Viola earned a BA in Sociology from Wright State University from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1987, they studied Sociology at the University of Dayton.
