Courtney Monheit

Courtney serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for managing and expanding AEI Consultants national client base. She has developed partnerships with lending institutions, investors, attorneys, developers, REITS, brokers, self-storage groups, government agencies etc. Her consulting experience covers all areas of due diligence and is experienced meeting the requirements of multiple reporting standards.

Since joining AEI Consultants in 2014, she has completed thousands of real estate transactions nationwide. Her focus is customer service and satisfaction and navigating clients through the most pragmatic and cost effective due diligence solutions. Courtney offers professional guidance regarding the appropriate level of due diligence to allow her clients to focus on the financial aspects of the transaction.

Courtney graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a degree in English and Business. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, California Self Storage Association and HUD’s Western Mortgage Advisory Council.
