Jeb Bonnett

As Vice President of HUD Building Assessments, Jeb is responsible for providing direction for the development of HUD Building Assessment services throughout AEI. Day to day responsibilities include, creating organizational process assets, training internal and external stakeholders, researching and maintaining compliance with HUD MAP/LEAN/RAD Guidelines for HUD Building Assessment services, senior reviewing, project oversight, business development and client management. Jeb has worked exclusively in the niche HUD real estate due diligence consulting industry since 2005 and has served on a variety of industry committees and help groups regarding the CNA E-Tool. Jeb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from James Madison University.
