Matt Wasson

Matt Wasson is responsible for the leadership of the Capital Planning Services Division, aiding owners in developing capital expenditure forecasts, building audits, building lease reporting, and out-of-the box building assessments. Mr. Wasson joined AEI in 2013 and has over 25 years of building assessment experience in capital planning, real estate due diligence, acquisition/disposition of properties, US Housing and Urban Development, and Agency reporting. Mr. Wasson has been focusing his efforts for the past 17 years on division management, project leadership, senior review services, and client management. As part of his experience, Mr. Wasson has managed and directed individual and large portfolio projects up to 11 million square feet with the involvement of 60+ project professionals at a time.

Mr. Wasson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
