Rovin Narine

Rovin oversees many of AEI’s national operations, including technical project oversight, client management, and business development. He prides himself on closely managing every aspect of the project from inception through completion and keeping his client updated throughout the process, whether a single property or a nationwide portfolio of assets.

Rovin specializes in all aspects of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, and he is well versed in Property Condition Assessment, Zoning Analysis, Industrial Hygiene reports, ALTA surveys, Seismic Risk Assessment, and full-service site mitigation. In addition, he is proficient in all reporting standards including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

Rovin began his career at AEI in 2005 after relocating from Toronto, Canada, and completing his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His work history at AEI includes positions as Senior Project Manager, Due Diligence Project Manager, Senior Author, National Client Manager, and Director of National Accounts.
