Rafael Ribeiro

Rafael Ribeiro has been working in the UX/UI Design field since 2015. In that year, they worked as a Webdesigner, designing and developing online portfolios and websites for small businesses, as well as mobile app projects. Rafael also worked as a Research Collaborator for Mediametrie in the same year. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Consultant for Bouygues Telecom and as a Customer Experience Specialist for Orange. In 2018, they worked as a UX/UI Designer for Readiness IT, providing consulting and development services for telecom projects in the Latin America region. In 2019, they worked as a UX/UI Designer for QuickCheck, a mobile app that uses machine learning to approve loan applications, and for Seedstars, a community for entrepreneurs in emerging markets. Rafael is currently working as a UX/UI Designer for AELER Technologies SA, developing a design system.

Rafael Ribeiro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Escola Superior de Artes e Design in 2015. Rafael then went on to receive a Master's degree in Product Design and Services from Universidade do Minho in 2023. In 2020, they also obtained a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation.
