Kindon Stephens

Kindon M Stephens is currently serving as the Director of Standards and Compliance at AEM Aviation since October 2021. Prior to this role, Kindon held the position of President / DAR at Aerospace Compliance LLC since August 2019. With a background as an Avionics Technician in the United States Air Force, Kindon has extensive experience in various inspection and certification roles within the aviation industry, including Chief Inspector at Southern Aviation Parts and Services and Aviation Clean Air, LLC, as well as Lead Certification Inspector at Gulfstream Aerospace. Additionally, Kindon has served as a Consultant for aircraft sales and as an Auditor for Quality Management Systems and Safety Management Systems.
