Neeraja Sanem is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a robust background in technology recruitment. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Advisor - Technology at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), Neeraja previously held positions such as Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology at Commonwealth Bank and Recruitment Specialist at Accenture Australia. Neeraja began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Interpro People, followed by a significant role as Managing Partner at SkyLeap, a recruitment consulting firm dedicated to aligning talent with corporate needs.
