Scott Miller

Scott Miller is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since August 2021, Scott oversees HR functions for a key player in Australia's gas and electricity markets. Prior to AEMO, Scott held the role of People & Culture Business Partner at Landcom, contributing to the development of sustainable communities in New South Wales. Scott's previous roles include Human Resources Manager positions at Emerson Automation Solutions, Travelex, and Lagardere Services Asia Pacific, as well as HR management at Hornsby Shire Council and GrainCorp. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in HR and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management (Human Resources Management) from Charles Sturt University.
