Bernd Schmider is a board member at Aenova Group GmbH. Prior to that, they were a senior key account manager at Celesio AG from 2013 to 2016. There, they managed a team of 12 people and was responsible for key account management with multinational pharmaceutical companies. Bernd also acquired new customers and developed long-term business relationships. In 2010, they became a supply chain manager at Berlin-Chemie AG where they led a team of 8 people. There they were responsible for planning the mid and long term capacity and investment demand by balancing the installed capacity with demands, make-or-buy analysis, purchasing of semi-finished and finished goods, continous process checks and process improvement projects along the complete supply chain, setting up of a risk management strategy, and sales to intercompany customers. Bernd was also a project lead in change management projects and implemented SAP as corporate ERP.
Bernd Schmider studied mechanical engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and earned a Diplom degree.
