Kamil Burganov

Kamil Burganov is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in infrastructure investments and board governance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Investments at GIC since December 2018, Kamil also holds board positions at Associated British Ports, CETIN, and Budapest Airport, with previous board service at Heathrow. Prior to GIC, Kamil was Vice President in Transport Infrastructure Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, focusing on transactions across M&A and financing in EMEA. Early career roles included business development in energy storage at SustainX and associate positions at Xenon Capital Partners and JPMorgan, where Kamil contributed to substantial transactions in the energy sector. Kamil holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Specialist Diploma in Economics from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
