Cristiano Bianchetti

Cristiano Bianchetti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Cristiano is currently the Head of Quality Operation at Aenova Group. Before that, they worked at Sanofi as the Site Quality Director & QP, as well as the Site Quality Manager (deputy). Prior to Sanofi, they held various positions at IBI - Istituto Biochimico Italiano Giovanni Lorenzini S.p.a., including QA Manager & QP, Quality System Operation Manager & QP (Deputy), and Quality Control Manager. Cristiano also worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions as the Quality Control and Analytical Development Manager, Technology Transfer Project Leader, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and QC Supervisor. Additionally, they gained research experience as a Researcher at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and completed their PhD at the same institution.

Cristiano Bianchetti attended Sapienza Università di Roma, where they earned a PhD in Chimica from 1998 to 2001. Cristiano later conducted research as a Researcher in Chemistry (NMR techniques) at the same institution from 2002 to 2004. In addition, Cristiano has obtained certifications, including LSS Black Belt from A&C Research & Management Consulting, Federchimica (Confindustria), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from MoreSteam® University, Ohio USA.
