Roberto Capanna

Roberto Capanna has had an extensive career in finance and management. Roberto started their career at Procter & Gamble in 1990, where they held various roles including Plant Security Manager, Internal Auditor, and Financial Analyst. Roberto then became the Tax Reporting & Planning Manager and later the Tax Project Manager. In 1995, they became the Plant Finance Manager at the Lucca Plant and then the Pomezia Plant. From 1998 to 2000, they served as the Plant Finance Manager at the Pomezia Plant. In 2000, they became the Plant Finance Manager for F&HC Italy.

In 2004, Roberto joined Pfizer as the Finance Associate Director for Manufacturing Italy. Roberto worked there until 2009 when they joined Aenova as the Finance Director for Haupt Pharma Latina srl. In this role, they led the finance team and was responsible for business planning, control & reporting, budgeting & forecasting, general accounting, and more.

From 2014 to 2018, Roberto served as the Finance Director for Aenova Italy. Their responsibilities included controlling Temmler Italia S.r.l., a subsidiary of Aenova. Currently, Roberto is the Finance Director for Aenova, overseeing the company's financial operations in Italy and serving as the Business Unit Controller.

Roberto Capanna received their Laurea in Economia e Commercio from Sapienza Università di Roma in 1988. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at San Giovanni Evangelista from 1978 to 1983, specializing in Liceo Scientifico. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (Revisore dei Conti) from the Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze (MEF) in 1999.
