Tim Bauer

Tim Bauer has been Senior Vice President Human Resources at Aenova Group since September 2021.

Mr. Bauer previously worked for many years in HR for manufacturing companies, where he held various regional and international management and leadership roles in HR.

After studying industrial and organizational psychology, he initially worked for various consulting firms and as a director at Sky Deutschland. He was then Vice President Human Resources at Vetter.

Most recently, he was Managing Director at Schwarz Produktion, where he was responsible for human resources.
