Katie Drinan

Katie Allberry Drinan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Old Second National Bank since January 2022. Previously, Katie held various leadership positions at Fifth Third Bank, including Vice President of Human Capital Business Controls Manager and Employee Relations Consultant III. At MB Financial Bank, Katie worked for over 15 years, rising to Senior Vice President of Employee Relations Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included overseeing employee relations for approximately 3,500 employees, coordinating legal compliance, and supporting FMLA and ADA accommodations. Katie began her career at Oak Brook Bank as a Human Resources Generalist after completing a Management Trainee program in the banking sector. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Public Policy from the University of Notre Dame.
