Aleksandra Wójcik

Aleksandra Wójcik has a diverse work experience in various HR and operations roles. Aleksandra began their career as a CEO Assistant/HR Assistant at Online Solutions in 2009, where they worked until 2014. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an HR Specialist at Online Solutions/Online Group. In 2018, they joined Awaken Realms as an HR Manager, and in 2019, they transitioned to Aeolus Robotics, Inc. as an HR & Operations Coordinator. Throughout their career, Aleksandra has gained expertise in HR management and coordination.

Aleksandra Wójcik completed their Master's Degree in HR Management at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2006 to 2011. Aleksandra then pursued Postgraduate Studies in HR Business Partner at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 2016 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Aleksandra also obtained several certifications in various HR-related topics including Administrative Human Resources, Coaching and Developing Employees, Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters, Managing Diversity, and Rewarding Employees. These certifications were obtained through LinkedIn in February 2017.
