Lee Tyan Jen

Lee Tyan Jen was appointed as an Executive Director of AEON Credit on 1 July 2013. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama, the USA in 1996.

She joined AEON Credit in 1998 as an Officer in the Credit Assessment Department. Subsequently, she was promoted to various positions in the Credit Assessment Department and was appointed as the Assistant General Manager in 2006. In 2008, she was promoted as General Manager and served as the Head of Credit Assessment Group before assuming the position as Head of Business Operations Division in April 2015. In April 2016, she was designated as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company and as Head of Customer Service and Operations Division. Subsequently, her portfolio was added with Head of IT Group in March 2017. She was redesignated as Chief Information Officer and Head of IT Division in April 2019. In July 2020, she was reassigned as the Head of IT & Customer Service Division.

She does not hold any directorship in any other public or public listed company.

Lee has attended all thirteen (13) Board meetings held during the year ended 28 February 2021.
