Niamh O'Connor

Niamh O'Connor is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on application development and system integration, currently serving as an Astral Senior Application Development Specialist and ALCS/TPF Developer at Aer Lingus since May 2014. Expertise includes maintenance and development of Reservations and Departure Control Systems, integration of digital payment systems, and reporting functionalities. Prior roles at Aer Lingus include ALCS Developer, where Niamh designed and developed upgrades for US Customs Advanced Passenger Information, and IT Specialist, gaining extensive experience in electronic ticketing and self-service check-in projects.
