Paul H.

Paul H. has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Duty Station Manager and previously as Specialist in Network Customer Operations at Aer Lingus since August 2017. Prior to that role, Paul worked as Mixed Fleet Cabin Crew for British Airways for a brief period in early 2017 and held the position of Operations Customer Coordinator at CityJet from April 2016 to January 2017. Paul's career at Aer Lingus began in June 2013 as a Customer Service Agent, while earlier experience includes a role as a Commercial Intern at Dublin Aerospace. Paul holds a Master of Science in Management of Operations and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management, both from Dublin City University, and completed a Leaving Certificate at Patrician Secondary School.
