Nathan Havens

Nathan Havens is a seasoned IT professional with significant experience in hardware testing and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Technician at AER Worldwide since June 2015, Nathan specializes in testing various hardware components and data management. Prior to this role, Nathan worked as a Tier 1 support agent at Alorica, providing technical support for the Samsung Laptop group, and as an Infrastructure Support Technician at Perceptis, where Nathan supported over 200 staff members with IT and administrative tasks. Nathan holds an Associate's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from ITT Technical Institute-Greenville, earned between 2009 and 2012.
