Tracey Carlile

Tracey Carlile is a retired engineer and manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Tracey spent over two decades at Aera Energy LLC, progressing from roles such as Production Engineer and Reservoir Engineer to positions as Engineering Manager Ventura and Manager of the SJV Reservoir Team. Prior to Aera Energy, Tracey served as a Production Engineer at Mobil Oil in Lost Hills and held the role of Environmental and Regulatory Engineer at Mobil Oil in Liberal, Kansas. Tracey's career began with Mobil Oil E&P as a Production Engineer in Guymon, Oklahoma. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
