Øyvind Apelland

From 2018, Øyvind Apelland has been working as the CEO for Aera Payment & Identification. Prior to this, they served as the CEO for BankAxept AS from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they held various roles at Nets A/S, including CIO and Group EVP from 2012 to 2014, Group Executive Vice President for Merchant Solutions from 2010 to 2012, and CIO from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they were a Member of the Board for Teller AS from 2012 to 2014 and Chairman of the Board for Cryptera from 2010 to 2012.

Øyvind Apelland has a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology and Project Management from BI Norwegian Business School, which they obtained between 2000 and 2001. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General from the same institution, graduating between 1985 and 1989.
