Jan Rudnick

Jan Rudnick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic roles across various industries. Currently serving as Client Partner for Australia & New Zealand at Aera Technology since February 2021, Jan focuses on transforming enterprise decision-making through Decision Intelligence. As Managing Director at Rudnick Ventures since July 2020, Jan also provides strategic guidance to emerging ventures. Previously, Jan was an Advisor to the CEO at Sparrow Networks GmbH and held the role of Vice President - Asia & Pacific at PRGX Global Inc., leading big data analytics initiatives. Jan's earlier career includes significant positions at ADAPT and GDS International, as well as a foundational role as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Academic credentials include an Executive Education Program from Harvard Business School in Strategic Negotiation & Decision Making, a Master's Degree in International Business from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Macquarie University.
