Preben Krabben

Preben Krabben has extensive experience in the field of biotechnology, currently serving as the Head of Fermentation Development at Aerbio since August 2024. Previously, Preben held the position of Director at Microbesphere Ltd. since January 2019 and served as Head of Fermentation Development at Deep Branch Biotechnology from November 2019 to September 2024. Preben's career includes significant roles such as Principal Scientist at the Centre for Process Innovation Limited and Head of Innovation at Green Biologics Ltd., along with academic positions as a Research Fellow at University College London and post-doctoral roles at TU Delft and Technical University of Denmark. Preben's educational background includes a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering from reputable institutions, complemented by multiple post-doctoral studies focused on biotechnology.
