Cameron Gustafson

Cameron Gustafson started their career as a Resident Advisor at UCSD before moving on to roles in HR and contracts management at The Boeing Company. Cameron joined AerCap as a Materiel Management Director and worked their way up to Vice President, leading the Aircraft Specification & Procurement team. Cameron's experience spans from managing high-value contracts with suppliers to overseeing commercial government contracts and implementing lean initiatives. Cameron holds a BS in Management Science from UCSD and a Global MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
