Jackie Flynn

Jackie Flynn is an experienced professional in engine technical support management and project support within the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Head of Engine Technical Support Management at AerCap since April 2022, Jackie leads a team of Engine Support Managers, develops technical management systems, and oversees processes related to operational rhythm and data reporting quality. Prior to AerCap, Jackie spent nearly a decade at GECAS in various roles, culminating in AVP Global Project Support, where responsibilities included lease placement, transition activities, and asset sales. Previous positions also include leading the Supplemental Rent Claims Process and managing operational activities as a Technical Operations Planning Analyst. Earlier career experiences include senior financial accounting roles at Mentor Graphics and project management in recruitment and marketing at TTM Healthcare Group.
